Founded by Broker/Owner Mr. Thomas Denny in 1977, the firm has grown from a single-office firm with 12 agents to a Southern California powerhouse featuring 12 offices and more than 1000 agents serving communities in Southern California’s Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

For 15 consecutive years, CENTURY 21 Beachside has consistently finished in the Top 10 of all firms in the CENTURY 21 System and has been among the System's top one percent in units sold. In 2005, CENTURY 21 Beachside was Officially Ranked the #1 CENTURY 21 Company in the World. The Beachside Team helped nearly 6,000 families buy or sell a home last year. This represented over $2.6 billion in real estate sales.
