The annual membership is $40.00. Members are allowed to place unlimited number of properties on tour during that year, as part of their membership, for non members the fee to place a property on tour is $25.00 per property per showing.

Belmont Tour Guide Lines:

1.      The Belmont tour conducted every Tuesday from 9:30-12:00 noon.

2.      All requested property information change must be made by 12:00 noon on Monday prior to tour date.

3.      Agents must wait 6 months before repeating a property on the tour. No Exceptions

4.      Agents must walk in all membership checks if possible.

5.      Any question you should call Lydia directly at (562) 430-2121 x504

6. Tour sheet & check must be received in our office by the Thursday prior to the tour date.

 7. The tour is generally 10-12 properties long but can run longer during busier months
